My grandfather, an accomplished carpenter, restored this "cobra" style two person sleigh decades ago and it has been in storage for a very long time.   We're not sure exactly how old it is.  

It does need some work, and possibly a few parts.   The seats will definitely need to be reupholstered.   The body of the sleigh is in very good condition.  

There is a small crack in the rear panel, and a separation in the rear "edge" board.   The floor needs to be installed.   The braces and runners are rusty, but can easily be restored.   We're pretty sure all of the braces are accounted for, but without an original picture to compared to we're not certain.   We don't have the running gear (hookup for horses).

The item can be crated and shipped, but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.   We would prefer the buyer pick it up directly.   Right now it is stored in Avon Lake, Ohio.   If you have any questions regarding shipping the sleigh, please email Ted Kurz.   Contact me with any other questions.   Please look at the pictures closely.   I took very high resolution photographs wo be sure that potential buyers know what they are getting.
